High-frequency drying and forming equipment for transformer pressboard angle rings, combining hydraulic pressing, controlled heating and short production cycles.
Machine Overview
Engineered for transformer production.
The ISL-ARM forms moist pressboard between customer-specific male and female molds while hydraulic pressure preserves the required diameter and radius.
High-frequency drying removes moisture uniformly, while the heated lower plate and ventilation system support rapid vapor evacuation. Internal and external forming can be performed with one mold set.
